Job Responsibilities:


• In charge of Managing the ERP System (Navision/Microsoft Business Central) and retail solutions (LSRetail).

• In charge of PowerBI and creating reports that support Sales Team.

• In charge of designing Business Intelligence Solutions (Jet Analytics/Jet Reports).

• Provide Support to the E-commerce website and Manage Fawaz Website.

• Manage Salesforce Automation System and recommend new technology to enhance sales routing and data.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, network, support, and systems administration.

• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of IT systems.

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware solutions to improve business operations.
