Lead and manage the overall operations of the IT Department.
Implement, support, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications, including but not limited to SAP, CRM System, Corporate Websites, Spikerz and other business applications.
Ensure critical business systems remain available, stable, and secure.
Monitor application interfaces and data synchronization between systems, ensuring timely and accurate data updates.
Perform monthly SPSI data downloads and system closing activities.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide first-level support; escalate unresolved issues to HQ IT teams or vendors when necessary.
Manage software licensing, user access controls, and application role administration.
