As IT Manager, Infrastructure & Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, security, and performance of all IT infrastructure and operational technology (IT/OT) systems across all 1RE sites. The role leads the Network Operations, System Administration, and IT Operations teams in delivering resilient infrastructure services, efficient service delivery, and proactive operational management. The position oversees the full lifecycle of infrastructure technologies—including networks, servers, cloud, storage, and endpoint environments—while reinforcing monitoring, incident management, change implementation, and operational governance.
