Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the IT function, including direct oversight, mentoring, and development of IT support staff
  • Own end-to-end IT service delivery, including ticket resolution, escalation handling, and service desk governance
  • Oversee daily IT operations including backups, mail flow, server health, and network/wireless stability
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including user access, email setup, licensing, and asset allocation
