Overview

This role will work with corporate IT (based in Shenzhen, China) to lead the local IT team, providing technical support and leadership for applications. It will interact with corporate IT, consultants, and all business departments to identify issues, determine options, and enhance applications aligned with Compart Malaysia’s business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Day to day responsibilities include supporting corporate IT on initiating projects such as MES, BI, OA, HRIS, etc., to support future business expansion. This involves gathering requirements, developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans to ensure IT solutions are developed, tested, and implemented to satisfy business requirements.
