Operation Service Support (OSS)
team, managing all local and global IT infrastructure activities in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Plan, coordinate, and oversee new deployments, life cycle management, system support, and application maintenance for IT infrastructure components. Ensure quality control in system design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and training. Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and set priorities based on allocated budget and resources. Establish and maintain sound procedures and best practices for efficient team operations. Work closely with global service teams to formulate and execute IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.
