About the Role

Staff Outsourcing Solutions, together with its sister company eComia, is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead our in‑house IT department. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, systems, and networks of both organizations, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology operations across all locations. This leadership role involves managing a team of IT Specialists and ensuring the team is aligned with the strategic goals of both Staff Outsourcing Solutions and eComia. The IT Manager will also play a key role in safeguarding data, enforcing cybersecurity protocols, and driving digital transformation initiatives within the companies.
