At Randstad Digital, we are looking for an IT Manager - Advanced English to join a leading edge energy innovation firm operating across the US, UK, and Argentina.

Work Model: Full time, Hybrid (4 days on site, 1 day remote). The role will require full time on site presence during the initial onboarding period.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and develop a small team of IT engineers and administrators supporting multi‑site, multi country operations.
