We are looking for a proactive IT Manager / Assistant Manager to manage our internal IT operations, infrastructure, systems, vendors, and IT support for organizational activities.
Responsibilities
Manage daily IT operations, systems, and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
Install, configure, test, and maintain systems including Active Directory, Azure, AWS, operating systems, applications, and management tools.
Plan and coordinate IT projects, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
Maintain network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
Manage IT hardware, software, assets, procurement, and inventory.
Oversee data security, access control, backup systems, BCP, DRP, and cyber security response plans.
Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and support system improvements.
