We are looking for a proactive IT Manager / Assistant Manager to manage our internal IT operations, infrastructure, systems, vendors, and IT support for organizational activities.
Responsibilities - Manage daily IT operations, systems, and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain systems including Active Directory, Azure, AWS, operating systems, applications, and management tools.
- Plan and coordinate IT projects, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
- Maintain network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
- Manage IT hardware, software, assets, procurement, and inventory.
- Oversee data security, access control, backup systems, BCP, DRP, and cyber security response plans.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and support system improvements.
