Role Summary Staples is hiring an IT Manager Supply Chain Engineering to provide strong people leadership, delivery management, and execution oversight across Supply Chain SDS teams. This role will be responsible for managing and developing engineering team members, driving delivery discipline, improving predictability, managing risks and dependencies, and partnering with stakeholders across Supply Chain SDS to ensure effective execution. In addition to core people and delivery responsibilities, this role will help strengthen engineering execution maturity across teams by improving quality practices, automation adoption, engineering governance, delivery metrics, reusable practices, and continuous improvement.
