Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field



Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT operations, including supervisory or managerial roles



Strong experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, and enterprise systems



Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and IT governance



Proven ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and vendors



Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing IT teams



Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities



Effective communication and stakeholder management skills



Experience supporting retail operations and multi-branch environments is highly preferred
