Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and wireless access points. Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and internet connectivity issues. Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and shared resources. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. Install, configure, and support VoIP systems, CCTV systems, and other communication infrastructure. Perform routine system monitoring, software updates, patch management, and data backups. Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and network diagrams. Support and troubleshoot operational systems including laundry machine IT interfaces where applicable. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, maintenance, and technical support. Provide onsite IT support across Head Office, accommodation camps, and project sites.
