This position is responsible for building and administering IT infrastructure (network and security) as an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer. Supporting IT infrastructure and understanding IT operations (ITOps), you will work closely with other enterprise teams (Database, Server, ERP, etc.) on operations, troubleshooting, and new infrastructure setup. You will also support project teams with firewall requests, routing, and network design guidelines, as well as manage external vendors for the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure.

• Basic knowledge of monitoring and maintaining enterprise network devices (switches, routers, wireless networks, WAN accelerators, etc.).
• Troubleshoot network issues and resolve failures.
