Check network operations

Process user support requests

Run the end of day, end of month, quarterly and end of year process

Produce the related end of day, end of month, quarterly and end of year reports

Ensure the start up and the shutdown of main systems and databases

Process the fixed assets system

Maintain user privileges

Create / delete / maintain users

Monitor and secure all database systems

Document the database structure

Ensure the proper backup process

Supervise projects related to the implementation of new applications

Supervise users' acceptance testing

Monitor and report the performance of direct subordinates and recommend appropriate training

Maintain the database

Perform the data migration and cleaning

Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
