Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT-related inquiries.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, CCTV, NVR, and other IT equipment.
Software Installation: Install, update, and configure software applications and operating systems on employee devices.
Work with the team to ensure security of all VOIP devices and servers; provide support for VOIP telephone systems, including softphones and PBX.
Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, MS Teams Administration, and Office 365 Administration.
