Provide first-line technical support for clinic hardware, software, networks, internet connectivity, and peripheral devices.
Diagnose and resolve issues involving workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, Wi‑Fi, medical devices, and other IT equipment, both remotely and on‑site.
Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and replace IT hardware and software, including operating systems, security patches, drivers, and applications.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalated technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and service delivery.
Maintain IT asset inventories, track equipment lifecycle, and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.
