Job Description
We're looking for an experienced IT Operations professional to serve as the primary technology owner for our Cleveland site. This individual will take a site owner mentality, acting as the point of contact for the site leadership and value stream, ensuring systems, infrastructure, applications, and end-user technology are running efficiently and reliably.
While this role requires a strong technical foundation, the focus is less on building infrastructure and more on operational ownership, coordination, and maintaining a stable IT environment. The ideal candidate has experience leading IT operations, supporting Level 1 and Level 2 teams, coordinating vendors, and acting as the bridge between business users, technical teams with strong technical knowhow.
