HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find an IT Operations Specialist to support the Technical Operations (TechOps) team within a real-time Fusion Center environment.

In this role, you’ll help document, analyze, and improve the technical workflows that support live operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and create clear technical documentation that supports mission-critical systems.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with hands-on technical experience and the ability to translate complex operational workflows into clear, actionable documentation.
