The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst will help implement the organizational change management strategy and tools to support change initiatives and activities within an IT organization. The individual will be instrumental in driving and managing the following activities with key stakeholders: Stakeholder Analysis, Leadership Alignment, Communication and Engagement Planning and Execution, Change Impact Analysis, Training Needs Analysis and Development, and Change Measurement.
Required Experience:
β’ Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
β’ Master's Degree or relevant certifications (Change Management, PROSCI, ADDIE/SAM, PMP) is a plus.
