IT Owner (Guidewire Platform)

We are looking for a Senior IT Owner to help take full end‑to‑end ownership of our Guidewire platform and drive strategic technology leadership across our insurance operations.

In this strategic leadership position, you will work closely with other platform owners within the IT leadership team. You will act as the key bridge between technology and business, leading an international, distributed team of approximately 20 professionals across India and the UK. This is a high‑impact role focused more on leadership and ownership than on pure execution.
