10 to 12 years of general work experience with at least 10 years of relevant experience in project administration, project management, and program management.
Experience as a scrum master and coaching Agile teams
The minimum qualification required for this job is a matric (Grade 12), but a diploma or degree in a business discipline or in Information Systems will be an advantage.
Five or more of the following certifications are required:
Professional Scrum Master L3
SC - IPMO (Services & Capabilities)
CF - IPMO (Consulting Frameworks)
PMOs in an Agile Environment
Dashboards for PMOs and PMs
PMO/PM methodology selection and tailoring
Design thinking for innovative PMOs
Governance for PPPs and PMOs
Agile Certified
