In your role as IT Process Manager (m/f/d) in our Demand, Portfolio, and Service Management department you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our IT processes.

You will evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks as well as design and implement new or improved processes that enhance demand, portfolio, and service management.
