• Server & virtualization infrastructure management
• Windows, Linux & Unix environments
• VMware, Citrix & HCI infrastructure
• Active Directory & Microsoft 365 administration
• Backup, disaster recovery & system security
• Troubleshooting, performance optimization & infrastructure support
