JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performs project management tasks for IT/Systems/Enterprise Projects. Will primarily be a project coordinator, Test Manager, and Defects Manager.
• Will have the opportunity to later lead small to medium size projects. Ensuring projects delivered covers the needed scope, within the time frame and budget, and with high quality.
• Organizing Project Meetings and Workshops; Accountable for the minutes of the meeting specially during Project Owner and Steercom Meetings.
• Documenting and Monitoring the Risk, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) identified in project workshops and meetings. Perform follow-ups with the action owners in a timely manner.
• Supports company’s BPOs and SMEs in preparing and storing project related documentation.
