Lead and manage end-to-end IT and ERP transformation projects, acting as the bridge between business and technology teams. Responsible for project planning, execution, data migration, cutover, stabilization, stakeholder management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities
. Lead ERP/EPM implementation and transformation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization.
. Drive SAP-to-Workday migration activities, including process alignment, data migration, validation, reconciliation, and compliance.
