Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate IT support interactions to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve overall service performance
• Perform technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Deliver remote assistance and support to end users
• Document incidents, resolutions, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with IT processes, policies, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT‑related course
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Quality Analyst in an IT or BPO setting
