Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)

Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

Screen resumes and coordinate and schedule technical interviews.
