Position Overview

            Responsibilities: End to End IT recruitment cycle 
Create Database 
Shortlist Candidates and conduct initial interviews 
Verify candidate profile 
Prepare client CV 
Coordinate with candidate for arranging interviews 
Salary negotiations 
Final closure of positions 
Weekly report generation and submission to Clients 
Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma 
Min 2 year(s) of working experience as a recruiter in the recruitment industry 
Excellent communications, presentation, organizational, and planning skills. 
Excellent interpersonal skills to work as a team member. 
Candidate should be a self-starter, a positive thinker, flexible, and result-oriented.
