DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Process Governance, Architecture & Continuous Improvement
Continuously assess existing ITAM and procurement processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses based on best practices & industry standardsProactively design, architect, and implement new processes, workflows, and controls to improve operational effectiveness and scalability in ITAMLead process reviews and governance discussions to ensure ongoing optimization and adherenceEstablish and maintain documentation for all processes, workflows, and control mechanismsIdentify opportunities for automation and tool optimization (especially within ServiceNow)2. IT Asset Lifecycle Management
Manage full lifecycle of IT hardware assets (procure → deploy → maintain → retire/dispose)
