Primary Purpose of Position:

Perform support and project responsibilities in the Information Technology (IT) Services team in the Information Systems (IS) Department.
Essential Functions

End User Support

+ Perform support of desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and other hardware.

+ Support the use and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office and other software.

+ Support the migration of desktops and laptops to Windows 10.

+ Review vulnerability scans and implement recommended changes.

+ Audit and provision software on desktops and laptops.

+ Support the use of operating systems and software applications including, but not limited to, Windows, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office and Adobe applications. Maintain and enforce software policies and standards.
