Advanced Energy is seeking an IT Support Specialist in the Philippines to provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, network, and server issues. The role covers desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and mobile devices, including Level 2/3 support for AE Infrastructure.

Reports to the IT Manager and collaborates with vendors and Purchasing. The successful candidate will have a IT degree, relevant certifications (MCP/MCSA/MCSE/MCITP/CCNA), and strong English communication.
