Gives Assistant to the IT Manager for the setup of the Pullman co-meeting connectivity promise for all events
Monitors technological developments keeps up-to-date with technological innovations and makes suggestions.
Ensures that best practices are followed with regard to all IT Telecoms & Audio Visual equipment
Applies the brands quality standards.
Main responsibilities
Customer relations
Ensure that all necessary arrangements and setup are in working order for the events and functions
Intervenes if there are any problems before or during the event. Is reactive and proposes solutions.
Contributes to the satisfaction of individual guests by ensuring the technical team has the skills needed to
resolve simple and recurrent problems.
