Summary About the Position: This position is to be filled at one of the following Defense Health Agency locations: Falls Church, Virginia; Charleston, South Carolina; or San Antonio, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Salary will be based on locality. Salary negotiation may be available for those new to Federal Service. Responsibilities Analyzes and evaluates policies, requirements, enterprise and information systems architecture, and standards that facilitate business systems integration. Provides expert technical advice and guidance to the DHA Authorizing Official and Branch Chief. Acts as the primary Security Control Assessor, assessing the effectiveness of DHA IT systems management, operational, and technical security controls and enhancements. Formulates and disseminates DHA policies and guidelines based on applicable Federal laws and policies relative to Military Health information systems.
