Requirements

• Degree in B.S. Information Technology or similar courses.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as an IT Support or Helpdesk Specialist.
• Knowledge of Network and System Administration would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Security System operation and maintenance would be an advantage.
• Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network.
• Proficiency in IT helpdesk software.
• Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
• Any IT Certification (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) would be an advantage.
• Willing to report to our Los Baños site.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
