Job Description
An IT Specialist maintains, configures, and troubleshoots an organization's technological infrastructure. They support daily business operations by managing hardware and software installations, ensuring network security, and providing direct technical support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities - User Support: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for on-site or remote employees.
- System Administration: Deploy, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, and telecommunication devices.
- Network & Data Security: Monitor systems to prevent security breaches, manage user authorizations, enforce data privacy, and maintain routine backups.
