Position Overview

Provide area IT support to employees for hardware, software, network-related issues, and remote support requests. 
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripheral devices. 
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, ensuring proper functionality and security. 
Install biometric systems as required and provide maintenance support. 
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, firewalls, and security systems. 
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, connectivity, and remote access. 
Manage cabling infrastructure, including installation, organization, and maintenance of network and power cables. 
Extract, monitor, and manage attendance data from systems as required.
