Position Overview

            You are responsible to assist the departments n the operation of all computer hardware and / or software installation and maintenance. 
Serve as secondary contact for all servicing of computer PC hardware and / or software. 
Responsible for managing technology/asset life-cycle. Ensures that necessary equipment (PCs servers telecom-related etc.) is ordered and available. 
Accountable for disaster recovery and business continuity as it relates to technology. 
Foresees identifies and resolves system(s) performance problems 
Ensures technology assets are secure and well-maintained in accordance with Sofitel policies and standards 
Data Communication 
Installs monitors maintains telecommunications equipment including cabling and providing technical guidance as needed. 
Performs adds/moves/changes/deletions. 
Supports end-use company provided mobile phone issues. 
Troubleshoots high-speed Internet access ...
