Position Overview
Reporting to the Head of IT, the IT Support Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining IT systems and providing support to all corporate group users. This position involves managing IT assets, coordinating with third-party vendors, and supporting both internal and production IT system planning.
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshooting hardware/software faults and system/network issues.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Assisting users through onboarding/offboarding processes and resolving technical issues in person or over the phone.
- Supporting general IT infrastructure maintenance and replacing hardware components as needed.
- Coordinating with the team leader for timely issue resolution and working on tasks until completion (or escalating to third parties when necessary).
