We are looking for a
detail-oriented IT Support Specialist
to provide essential technical support for hardware and software environments.
In this role, you will ensure the
smooth operation of core IT services
by handling basic configurations, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting end users. You will play a key role in maintaining system performance and delivering reliable IT support aligned with incident and request management processes.
Key Responsibilities
️ Device Setup & Configuration
Prepare and configure computers with operating systems, drivers, and network settings
Ensure devices meet minimum performance standards (CPU, RAM, network, OS)
⚙️ Software Installation & Account Setup
Install and configure
Microsoft Office 365
and standard business applications
Create and manage user accounts (Windows & Office 365)
