As IT Support in our Finance and Commercial Excellence department, you will support the stabilization and operational sustainability of the IT function across Iberia. Reporting to the IT Responsable Iberia, you will act as second-level support for business-critical applications while ensuring strong governance and quality of first-level support delivered by GBS/Helpdesk.
You will analyze complex incidents, identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions in close collaboration with HQ IT and external vendors. At the same time, you will monitor ticket queues, ensure SLA compliance and provide structured KPI reporting to improve service transparency and performance.
