Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor and maintain network, firewall, antivirus, and backup systems.
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents and investigate suspicious activities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
