Position Overview

            Job Requirements:  Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent. 
Must have minimum 2-4 years of experience in Onsite/Desktop Support, Networking and IT hardware support. 
Must have experience in Data Center environments – racks, structured cabling and server components. 
Must have experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and End Point management tools. 
Knowledge of ticketing tools – ServiceNow. 
Good to have experience as remote hands support in data center. 
Good to have experience supporting office relocation/infrastructure refresh projects. 
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
