Work in the team of IT engineers responsible for the maintenance and development of the company's LAN/WAN IT infrastructureParticipation in IT projects for external customersImplementing, managing and troubleshooting a variety of software applications and hardwareResponsibility for End User SupportOperational support for any computing, network, storage or security needsMonitor performance, diagnose and resolve users' IT issuesManage MS Azure Cloud EnvironmentProviding day-to-day IT operations support to business usersInstallation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair of PC and LAN devicesProvision of user support (MS Office, Win10-Win11, softphones, mobile phones, printers, scanners, etc.)Acceptance of project work according to order<...
