Position Summary Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and assist users with Mac and Linux (Ubuntu) environments. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and effective manner. Write and maintain scripts in Bash, Power Shell, or Python to automate processes and improve system efficiency.
