Key Responsibilities - IT Asset & Lifecycle Management
- End-to-End Asset Tracking: Manage inventory for all user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, IP telephones), shared devices, and branch-specific hardware. Accountable for all IT assets.
- Procurement & Disposal: Assist in hardware procurement selection and manage secure disposal in compliance with data sanitization standards.
- User & Service Management: Onboarding/Offboarding – IT provisioning for new hires and asset recovery for resignees.
- Shared Services: Oversee printer user management and physical access system, including access rights and usage tracking.
- ITSM & Incident Governance
