Position Overview

The IT Support Engineer will oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. This role is responsible for managing both on‑premises and cloud‑based systems while ensuring high availability and security of business applications. The Senior System Administrator will also collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor junior administrators, and lead infrastructure improvement projects. The IT Support Engineer will work with service providers in resolving calls within the required timeframe.
