Duties
Provide daily IT support for end users, including hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Manage user accounts, system access, and IT asset records.
Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and documentation.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
At least 1 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk functions.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
