Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and systems
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, email, and internet connectivity
• Support users with system access, passwords, and basic training
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Escalate complex issues when required
