Key Responsibilities

IT Helpdesk & User Support

• Provide first‑line technical support to staff, teachers, and students via face‑to‑face, phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot common issues with computers, printers, projectors, and school devices.
• Deliver basic user training on software tools like Microsoft Office 365 and school systems.

Hardware & Software Maintenance

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and classroom AV equipment.
